Abstract
This document describes new JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) encodings for the Sensor Web Enablement (SWE) Common Data Model and the Sensor Model Language (SensorML). Rather than creating new JSON schemas, this document defines encoding rules that allow auto-generation of JSON instances that conform to the Unified Modeling Language (UML) models.
