The Second Workshop on the Quality Assurance of Real-Time Ocean Data (QARTOD-II) took place in Norfolk, Virginia on February 28 - March 2, 2005, sponsored by NOAA/NOS/COOPS and hosted by Old Dominion University’s Center for Coastal Physical Oceanography and Nauticus, The National Maritime Center. The meeting was attended by approximately 80 participants from Federal and State governments, academia, and industry.
